Exfoliation

Exfoliation Treatments

As we grow older the rate of cell turnover slows down and dead skin cells don’t slough as quickly. Dead cells on the surface of our skin accentuate fine lines and can make your complexion appear dull. By regularly removing the dead skin cells or exfoliating, your skin naturally renews itself.

This treatment is a physical exfoliation of the face by abrading the most superficial dead skin cells while also removing the vellus hair (peach fuzz).  Following the exfoliation, a skin type appropriate mask is used to calm or hydrate the skin.

Following a deep cleanse, microdermabrasion is used to reverse the signs of aging by minimizing fine lines and retexturing the skin. This treatment also includes steam, masking, and finishing products.
